JOB DUTIES
The Self Pay representative is responsible for managing accounts that are in self pay financial classes. This person is responsible to make collection calls, manage patient payment plans, and identify patients that may be eligible for other payers, including, but not limited ot the MCH Community Care Program. It is of the utmost importance to display excellent customer service at all times.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Insurance billing experience preferred.
