SUMMARY
The Scrub Technician scrubs and assists the surgeons during invasive surgical procedures. Responsible for management of the sterile field. Assists Central Supply with maintaining, cleaning, and reprocessing of instruments.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced Scrub Technician with knowledge of AIM standards. Comfortable in contacting reps for item support. Comfortable with receiving orders for cases and scheduling. Knowledge of required items to perform cases and make sure items are available in advance. Assist in ordering supplies and maintaining par levels.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
– Graduate of Operating Room Technician School
– Preferred six months experience

– Current CPR Certificate
