SUMMARY
Mountains Community Hospital and the MCH Foundation are seeking a Marketing and Fundraising Intern to assist in promoting and increasing awareness of the Hospital and Foundation. This a huge opportunity to learn and make a difference in our community.

QUALIFICATIONS
– Must be at least 18 years old and be in college or have a college degree
– Quick and conscientious learner
– Good communicator (written and verbal)
– Experienced Microsoft Office user, Adobe Creative Suite a plus

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE
– Copywriting and copy editing
– Updating the website
– Creating social media content
– Managing the donor database
– Developing e-newsletters
– Attending MCH functions, networking events, and community events as needed
– Performing clerical duties as needed

This internship opportunity requires a commitment of 10-20+ hours a week, with a maximum duration of 10 months. Depending on internship performance, all interns will be considered for employment with MCH. Hourly rate is $15-20/hour based on experience. Performance will be evaluated after 6 months with a possible pay increase at that time.

We are accepting applications through October 16, 2020. Kim McGuire, Foundation Director will share it with the MCH Foundation Board.
