EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in education, management, nursing, or organizational development or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

• Experience in planning, developing and executing educational programs preferred.

• Experience in facilitating group activities, presentations, workshops and events preferred.

• One to two years experience in specific nursing service i.e. Emergency Services, Perioperative Services, Medical Surgical Services, Skilled Nursing Services preferred.

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS Instructor certification preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Current State of California Nursing License

• Current CPR Certificate
