Why Volunteer?

Join a community, learn new skills, make new friends, and feel a sense of accomplishment. As part of the Auxiliary, you’ll be making an invaluable contribution to the hospital and our mountain community. The Auxiliary’s gift of time and money has enabled the hospital to purchase equipment that would not have been possible with patient revenue alone.

Comprising more than 60 volunteers, the Auxiliary donates approximately 14,000 hours of their time and raises $30,000 annually to help fund equipment upgrades and improvements. Their total donations, which exceed $400,000, have made a significant impact on MCH. We are so grateful for them and their inspiring contributions!
