Mountains Community Hospital accepts the following Health Care Plans for services in the Hospital.  Physicians affiliated with MCH are not employees and contract with insurance carriers separately.  Therefore, plans accepted by the Hospital may not be accepted by every doctor.  Please check directly with your practitioner’s office to confirm that he or she is a participating provider in your health care plan.
