SUMMARY
The AM/PM Cook performs established policies, procedures and regulations for nutritional care in providing nourishing and appetizing meals to patients, staff and Meals on Wheels clients. Follow menus, therapeutic guides, standard recipes and portion control. Adheres to food sanitation and safety guidelines. Provides direction and guidance to support staff. Performs other job duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum one year quantity/nutritional cooking preferred. Hospital food preparation preferred.
